SleepOutlet Middelkerke is a trade name of ACTION N 1 BV, with its registered office at Schollebeekstraat 84, 2500 Lier, company and VAT number BE 0473.312.389.

02Scope

These terms apply to orders placed in our online shop at sleepoutletmiddelkerke.be. By placing your order, you accept them.

Made-to-measure mattresses and other custom products are ordered via a personal quote (for example via the configurator). The terms of that quote apply, as well as these terms where applicable.

03Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as possible. All prices are in euros, including VAT and any statutory contributions (such as the recycling contribution for mattresses). You always see the delivery cost before you pay.

An obvious error in a price or product description is not binding on us. In that case we will contact you; if you no longer want the order, we will refund you in full.

04Order and contract

You choose your products, the delivery or collection method and your payment method. The contract is concluded as soon as your payment (in full or as a deposit) is confirmed. You immediately receive a confirmation by email with a summary of your order.

If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund in full whatever you have already paid.

05Payment

Online payment is made securely via our payment partner Mollie, with Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You choose: the full amount or a deposit of 30%. You pay the balance on delivery or collection.

Please note: with the Bancontact app on your phone, you can pay a maximum of €1,500 per payment. If the amount is higher, choose a deposit or another payment method.

06Delivery, assembly and collection

We deliver to your door all over Belgium. The delivery cost is €25 per order on the coast and in the nearby towns (De Panne, Koksijde, Nieuwpoort, Middelkerke, Ostend, Bredene, De Haan, Blankenberge, Zeebrugge, Knokke-Heist and all other postcodes from 8000 to 8499 and from 8600 to 8699) and €40 in the rest of Belgium. Assembly on delivery and taking away your old mattress are free. Collection from the showroom (Rietstraat 8, Middelkerke) is free.

If you live outside Belgium, we cannot deliver online orders to you. Get in touch and we will find a solution together.

We arrange the day of delivery or collection with you personally. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. The risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Check your products on receipt and report any visible damage immediately.

07Warranty

You are entitled to the legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery for defects that already existed at the time of delivery. Report a defect as soon as possible and at the latest within 2 months of discovering it. We will repair or replace the product, or give a price reduction or refund where the law provides for it.

Getting used to it
A new mattress often feels different in the first few weeks. Your body needs 2 to 4 weeks on average to adjust. Still not comfortably after that? Get in touch and together we will look for a solution that suits you.

09Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms and to your order, without prejudice to the mandatory protection you enjoy as a consumer.
